Notes / Requests Registration Fee * I understand that for new or annual registrations, I will be billed a non-refundable $75 dollar registration fee via email. Other Fees * I understand that there will be a late pick-up fee of $50 for every 15 minutes past pick up time. There will be a late payment fee of $75 after the 6th of the month. A returned check will be charged $50.A security deposit of one month's tuition will be due with the first month's tuition.A credit card fee will be applied per use to cover processing fees.Tuition rates will remain in effect for the entire contract year. The Nursery School of Christ Church reserves the right to change fees if required during the course of the year.
